Questions

What's the difference between Tier-1 and the securities tier?

Tier-1 covers most high-stakes documents — leases, operating agreements, purchase & sale, loans & guarantees, employment & comp — at a flat per-document fee. Securities offerings, subscription documents, complex insurance (D&O, umbrella, key-person), and estate-tax instruments are a separate, counsel-review tier behind an access code and a signed release.

Is this legal advice?

No. Marque is your analyst — it decodes your documents and measures them against verified, anchored rules, and it tells you exactly when to bring in a licensed attorney. It is not a law firm or a substitute for an attorney; see the Terms.

What does Marque NOT analyze?

Tax returns and tax-planning documents, litigation filings (complaints, settlements), and matrimonial/family documents (prenups, divorce settlements) are outside Marque’s scope — it will say so and point you to the right professional rather than analyze them.

What happens to my document?

It's read once to produce your report, then discarded — never stored, never sold, never used to train anything.
